In association with it Korean reseller Viewrun, The Imaging Source exhibited at Korea Vision Show 2012 between April 3, 2012 and April 6, 2012. Under the flag of Automation World, the exhibition took place at the Coex Convention & Exhibition Center. The following demonstrations were on display:

• Barcode Machine Demo
• Filter Kit

With more than 23,420 visitors, this year's show was the largest to date. The 278 machine vision companies that exhibited confirm the growth of the Korean market at the moment. World wide, the machine vision market turned over USD 11.2 billion in 2010. Forecasters expect this to grow 9% until 2015 - this would be a turnover of USD 18 billion.

The Imaging Source, Moritex & Nippon Electro-Sensory Devices invited a number of professionals and students from the fields of electronics, automation, system integration and IC technology to a machine vision seminar between March 28, 2012 and March 29, 2012 at the National Taipei University of Technology and National Chiao Tung University in Hsin Chu City. The following topics were discussed:

• The Imaging Source matrix cameras, and the new GigE miniature and auto focus camera
• The Imaging Source multi-camera demo
• Moritex Line Scan Lens ML-F80C-0205 for 3 color line sensor
• NED line scan camera

Amper 2012 opened its doors between March 20, 2012 and March 23, 2012 at the Brno Exhibition Centre. More than 600 exhibitors from many different countries displayed their products from the fields of electronics, automation and communication technology. The Imaging Source exhibited together with its partner DFK Design.
