Video-to-FireWire Converter Available Again
Due to unexpectedly high demand for the Video-to-FireWire converter and the discontinuation of one of the converter's main chips, the DFG/1394-1e was not shipping for a couple of weeks. We are, however, very happy to let you know that the converter is now again available. Furthermore, it has been improved:
- The new chip processes PAL images at a higher quality.
- The power supply to the converter has been redesigned, so that it can also be used as a hub.
- The new driver for the new chip allows more image formats and scaling.

As always, should you like to speak to us about any topic related to image processing, please get in contact with us.
Best regards
