The Imaging Source's IP67-rated housed cameras for embedded applications are suitable for single or multi-camera embedded systems for automotive, IoT and standard machine vision applications. The ruggedized cameras feature the FPD-Link III interface which allows for cable lengths of up to 15m and are fully compliant (IP6K6 & IP6K7 / ISO 20653) when used with The Imaging Source's FAKRA cables. Image data, commands and power supply are transmitted via a thin coaxial cable. The IP67-rated FPD-Link cameras can be used with the latest NVIDIA® Jetson as well as Raspberry Pi 4 platforms and feature the latest Sony and ONSemi CMOS sensors.
Pre-built kernel drivers are available for NVIDIA JetPack 4.3 SDK. The drivers are compliant with the NVIDIA l4t video4Linux interface and work with the standard NVIDIA software stack like JetCam, DeepStream SDK and others. The source code for all drivers is available upon request.
