The Imaging Source FireWire / IEEE 1394b 800 monochrome cameras are the perfect solution for many machine vision applications where space is at a premium. Using Sony and Aptina CMOS and CCD sensors of up to 5 megapixels, these cameras feature a variety of input, output, strobe and trigger options via an external Hirose port. With up to 120 fps and a trigger delay of less than 5 µs, the IEEE 1394b camera series from The Imaging Source is a low cost, yet highly versatile, imaging solution.
