For imaging objects of varying sizes or when multiple images at differing magnifications are required, The Imaging Source offers its GigE color zoom cameras. Featuring an integrated motorized zoom lens, iris and focus, these cameras are ideal for applications such as component inspection or intelligent traffic systems (ITS). The highly-sensitive color sensors make these cameras uniquely suited to such color-based tasks as inspection, sorting, process control and measurement. Using the included SDK or end-user software, IC Capture, camera functions such as auto white balance, gain and exposure time can be adjusted automatically or manually. The Gigabit Ethernet interface ensures high-speed data transmission.
Windows software: The Imaging Source authors and supports device drivers, software development kits (SDKs), programming samples, extensions, end user software and software tools for Microsoft Windows.
Linux software: The Imaging Source authors and supports open source drivers and end-user software for Linux, the source code of which is released under Apache 2.0 license.
