Fixes problem after resume after hibernate/suspend.
Fixed install driver sets values of properties to 0, now it will be set to default.
Fixed Problem with devices returning from sleep mode having delivering 'darker' images.
All device properties will now be written to the hw on stream open from a last setting cache.
Fixed spurious bluescreen, when interrupt and stop operation ran concurrently.
