TIS Maintains Business Activity & Production Despite COVID-19

Published on March 31, 2020 by TIS Marketing.

Since February, we have all been in a dynamic situation regarding the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic. The Imaging Source continues to closely monitor the latest developments in order to anticipate and plan for any potential disruptions in our supply chain that may impact our ability to deliver.

Contingency planning allows The Imaging Source to remain flexible with functioning project management, business administration, and production.

In accordance with state and federal guidelines, the majority of our employees are now working from home, allowing The Imaging Source to remain fully operational while ensuring that the remaining on-site employees are able to maintain appropriate social distance. Our sales, order processing and support staff are available as usual to assist you with all of your new and existing projects and orders.

The Imaging Source maintains a high level of production critical inventory and we will remain in constant contact with our suppliers to ensure the integrity of the supply chain. In addition to our supply chain management, our two manufacturing facilities in Germany and Taiwan give us the flexibility and capacity to maintain regular production activity.

As this remains a fluid situation, we will keep customers informed of any significant changes that impact our ability to meet our stated lead times.
