The cost-optimized Raspberry Pi platform enables the development of compact and energy-efficient embedded vision applications. The Imaging Source's USB3 Vision and GigE Vision industrial and board-level cameras, as well as MIPI CSI-2 embedded vision cameras, are compatible with Raspberry Pi 5, enhancing its capabilities for a range of industrial applications.
USB3 Vision Cameras
The Imaging Source's 37 Series USB 3.1 board-level cameras provide a wide range of sensor options, making them well-suited to many markets and applications. The cameras are USB3 Vision and UVC compliant, offering sensor resolutions ranging from 0.4 MP to an impressive 20 MP. Developers will appreciate the versatile trigger and I/O options, as well as high-contrast images characterized by high dynamic range and exceptional color reproduction.
The 32U Series USB 2.0 board-level cameras offer modern camera architecture and are designed for cost-sensitive OEM and streamlined image processing tasks. Available with angled connectors, 32U Series board cameras provide maximum flexibility in a wide range of space-constrained applications.

GigE Vision Cameras
The Imaging Source's 47G Series board-level cameras feature a single-board design with an angled RJ45 connector, delivering an especially compact form factor, measuring just 36 x 36 x 18 mm. With robust data transmission and support for cable lengths up to 100 meters, the GigE board-level cameras ensure stable connectivity and flexible positioning in diverse environments.

MIPI CSI-2 Cameras
The Imaging Source's 36S Series MIPI CSI-2 embedded cameras are fully compatible with the Raspberry Pi 5, featuring direct connection to its two 22-pin MIPI CSI-2 connectors. For compatibility with older models like the Raspberry Pi 4, which uses a 15-pin MIPI CSI-2 connector, our 36S Series cameras can be easily connected via a simple adapter cable.
The open-source libcamera software framework provides camera control and delivers optimal integration for the image sensor and Raspberry Pi's image signal processor (ISP).
