Grabber::isPropertyAvailableWithCurDev Method

Checks whether the current video capture device supports the manual setting of a specific property.
Syntax:
bool isPropertyAvailableWithCurDev( tCameraPropertyEnum CameraPropType ) const;
bool isPropertyAvailableWithCurDev( tVideoPropertyEnum VideoPropType ) const;
Parameter Description
CameraPropType

Specifies the camera property type that will be checked for availability. The properties are specified in Grabber::tCameraPropertyEnum.

VideoPropType

Specifies the video property type that will be checked for availability. The properties are specified in Grabber::tVideoPropertyEnum.

Return value:

true, if the device supports this property, false otherwise.

Remarks:

This method checks whether the current video capture device supports the setting of the value for a specific property.

Most video capture devices support the setting of just a few device properties. To check whether the device supports the setting of the property automatically, use the Grabber::isPropertyAutomationAvailableWithCurDev method.
