Pauses the video recording process.
If you want to start video recording, you can use this command to prepare the recording (pre-allocating memory and disk space). After the video file has been prepared you will see a live display in the device window, but no recording is taking place. You can use this command again to actually start the recording without any latency because the video file is prepared already.
While recording to a video file, you may pause and resume the recording at any time using this command.
