Red Histrogram

If the video format is a color format and the selected histogram type is "RGB", this histogram represents the red component of the currently displayed image.

Green Histogram

If the video format is a color format and the selected histogram type is "RGB", this histogram represents the green component of the currently displayed image.

Blue Histogram

If the video format is a color format and the selected histogram type is "RGB", this histogram represents the blue component of the currently displayed image.

Gray Histogram

If the selected histogram type is "Grayscale", this histogram represents the currently displayed image. If the currently selected video format is not a grayscale format (RGB8, Y8, Y800), the image is converted to grayscale before the histogram is calculated.

Histogram Type Selection

If the currently selected video format is a grayscale format (RGB8, Y8, Y800), only the histogram type "Grayscale" is available. For all other video formats, the user may specify whether:

will be displayed.

Visualize Zeros

If this option is checked, all zeros in the histogram(s) will be visualized with a vertical yellow line.

Linear / Logarithmic

In contrast to linear scale mode, the logarithms of the pixel counts are displayed in logarithmic mode.

Clip

If this option is checked, the histogram is clipped to the specified value. Otherwise, the top line equals the maximum value of the histogram.
