The USB 3.0 cameras connected to USB 3.0 controllers are not affected.

The Processor Idle State Manager has an effect on USB 2.0 cameras connected to Intel® CPUs only.

In case you use an AMD CPU, assembling an USB 3.0 PCI Express controller into your computer can solve the frame drops.
